The Super Taste If the smell of freshly baked, gooey cinnamon rolls does it for you, this spot is an absolute dream for anyone who loves carby, American style, desserts. Their loaded cinnamon rolls (especially the pistachio and lotus flavors) are incredible! Their interior space is very small, so it’s mostly just takeaway only. They offer home delivery on Wolt as well.
Pastiçeri Elezaj Lungomare Located right along the waterfront, this is an elegant spot for ice cream, cakes, treats, and coffee. It is decked out in full girly girl decor with velvet seats, pink walls, pink floors, and a massive display case of treats. You can sit indoors or outdoors and still have a nice view of the sea from both. It attracts a good mix of tourists and locals and is kid-friendly. Co-work Friendly 💻✅
Pasticeri Likaj Vlore Skele For those who appreciate classic pastry artistry, Pasticeri Likaj is a must-visit. I was instantly smitten by their giant Anita Ekberg wall. The treats here are more Albanian & Italian style. Co-work Friendly 💻✅

Daniela’s (Love Daniela Tea Room and Coffees) This is one of the most feminine spaces in central Vlorë. With its tropical green interior decor, it feels like a private, romantic tea room. They make fresh organic teas daily with chopped fruits. Co-work Friendly 💻✅
Arabica Coffee Bar For a more polished, urban-chic vibe, Arabica is a local favorite. The coffee presentation is beautiful. It can get a *tad* smokey at times sadly even though the smoking is separated outside. Co-work Friendly 💻✅

When the weather is perfect and you want to sit outside and feel the sea breeze, these two outdoor settings take the cake.
Antik Bar Antik Bar in Old Town completely wins on charm. The Greek style architecture gives it a gorgeous, cinematic feel that is different from anywhere else in town. It’s a great place to shoot content since it’s a bit more tucked away and private. I probably would not co-work here though since its more of a touristic spot for drinks & atmosphere
Gjurma Restaurant (Outdoor Cafe) Gjurma’s outdoor café area offers an upscale Ibiza style atmosphere. Ordering a cocktail here while overlooking the pool, sea, and the blue sky is the ultimate Vlorë experience. Service here is professional, and the other patrons tend to be wealthier tourists. But don’t let that stop you, it’s actually one of the best values for money in town since the menu is quite reasonably priced. Cowork Friendly 💻✅
