9 Dream Wedding Venues in Albania

Reading Time: 10 minutes

Albania has no shortage of seaside resorts, garden restaurants and grand wedding halls. Finding out what they cost is much harder. Most venues build a private quote around the date, menu and guest count, so couples often have to contact them before they can lock in a budget.

A handful of Albanian venues do publish useful starting prices. The list below covers options in and around Tirana, Durrës, Berat, Vlorë and Patok, from relaxed agrotourism restaurants to a polished resort on the Ionian coast.

How much does a wedding venue in Albania cost?

The public prices in this guide fall into three broad groups:

  • Local restaurants and agrotourism venues start at roughly 2,000 to 4,500 ALL per person, or about €22 to €49.
  • Larger wedding halls and resorts list menus around 4,500 to 6,500 ALL per person, or about €49 to €71.
  • Luxury coastal events can move well above that. Marina Bay’s published private-event packages range from €90 to €140 per person, plus a 10% service charge, although its weddings are individually quoted.

These figures mainly cover the venue’s food or event menu. They do not necessarily include a ceremony setup, unlimited drinks, flowers, entertainment, photography, transport or accommodation.

The guest list makes an enormous difference. At the advertised rates, a menu for 100 guests at Milano Restaurant starts around 250,000 ALL, or €2,730. A 200-person reception at Jurgeni Resort works out at roughly 940,000 to 1.1 million ALL, or €10,275 to €12,025, before any extras. At Priel Wedding Park, food for 300 guests would be around 1.35 to 1.5 million ALL, or €14,755 to €16,395.

Wedding venues in Tirana

Jurgeni Resort, Linzë

Jurgeni Resort sits on the road to Dajt, around seven kilometres from central Tirana. It is one of the more practical options for a large Albanian-style wedding without taking guests far from the capital.

The venue lists menus at 4,700 and 5,500 ALL per person, about €51 to €60, with the final arrangement agreed directly. Its large hall can hold 250 to 450 guests, while smaller spaces cater for celebrations from around 30 people. The resort also lists 30 rooms with accommodation for about 60 guests, which can help if close family members are travelling in.

The food leans traditional and meat-focused. Couples with vegetarian, vegan or allergy requirements should ask for a sample menu before booking.

Veranda e Tironës

Veranda e Tironës publishes one of the widest price spreads in the capital. Its listed menu options run from 3,200 to 6,500 ALL per person, or roughly €35 to €71.

Four halls accommodate about 50, 100, 200 or 330 guests. That makes the venue worth considering for couples who want the atmosphere of a dedicated reception hall but do not need a 400-person space. The page does not clearly match each price to a named menu, so ask the venue to send the current options with drink and service inclusions.

Muza Restorant & Agroturizëm, Mullet

Muza is in Mullet, southeast of central Tirana. The venue combines a restaurant with an agrotourism setting and promotes produce from its own or local sources.

Its published menu levels are 2,500, 3,000 and 4,500 ALL per person, approximately €27, €33 and €49. The outdoor space can host up to 300 people. Smaller indoor rooms seat about 30, 50 and 80, which also makes Muza useful for a rehearsal dinner or a more intimate reception.

Wedding venues near Durrës

Milano Restaurant, Maminas

Milano Restaurant is in Maminas, between Tirana and Durrës. It lists a menu price of 2,500 ALL per person, about €27, and serves both seafood and meat dishes.

The indoor restaurant seats around 40, the covered outdoor area around 60, and the garden up to 100. This is a better fit for a small destination wedding or family lunch than a very large Albanian reception. Its position can also be convenient for guests staying in either Tirana or Durrës.

Wedding venues in Berat

Priel Wedding Park, Dimal

Priel Wedding Park in Polizhan, Dimal, is the most purpose-built large wedding venue in this selection. Its two halls each hold up to 450 guests, while the garden can accommodate 500.

Menus are listed at 4,500 to 5,000 ALL per person, or about €49 to €55. The venue also states a 50,000 ALL deposit, around €547, and offers a tasting before the event. Couples can adjust menu elements, but the precise inclusions need to be agreed with the venue.

Priel allows outside decorators but not outside catering. Live music and DJs are permitted, and parking is available for more than 200 cars. The published terms say the deposit is not refunded if the event does not go ahead, so read the cancellation and date-change clauses carefully.

Family Time, Berat

Family Time is about five minutes from Berat and lists menus from 2,000 to 4,000 ALL per person, roughly €22 to €44.

Its three indoor rooms work best for groups of around 10 to 60, while the garden can accommodate up to 300. Two pools and generous outdoor space give it a relaxed summer feel. It could suit a wedding weekend event as well as the main reception, particularly for couples who want to keep guests close to Berat without using a conventional ballroom.

Restaurant Osumi, Uznovë

Restaurant Osumi specialises in traditional Berat cooking and advertises menus at 3,500 and 4,000 ALL per person, about €38 and €44.

The indoor area holds roughly 60 to 70 guests, while the outdoor space accommodates around 120. On-site hotel rooms add some convenience, although couples with a larger destination group will probably need additional accommodation in Berat.

A waterside wedding near Laç

PAEA Resort, Patok

PAEA Resort overlooks the Patok lagoon and the Adriatic. Menus are advertised from 2,000 ALL per person, about €22, but the word “from” matters here. A full wedding menu, drinks and exclusive use may cost more.

The main hall holds around 70, with two smaller private rooms for groups of about 6 to 20. The setting and seafood menu make this an appealing option for an intimate wedding meal, civil celebration or post-wedding lunch rather than a reception for several hundred people.

A luxury coastal wedding in Vlorë

Marina Bay Resort

Marina Bay Resort does not publish a fixed wedding package. Couples choose among ceremony settings that include the beach, Bato’s Pool and a 360-square-metre helipad with open sea views, then request a tailored quote.

Its published private-event packages provide a useful luxury benchmark. A poolside event for 30 to 60 guests is listed at €90 per person plus 10% service. A penthouse cocktail reception for 20 to 30 is €110 per person plus 10%, and a seafront restaurant dinner for 30 to 80 is €140 per person plus 10%. Depending on the package, these rates include food, an open bar and music.

Those are private and corporate event rates, not wedding quotes, so do not treat them as a promise of wedding pricing. They do show the likely difference between a local restaurant reception and a styled event at a high-end coastal resort.

What to ask before paying a deposit

A per-person price is only useful when the inclusions are clear. Ask every venue for a dated, itemised quote and confirm:

  1. Which courses, soft drinks and alcoholic drinks are included?
  2. Is exclusive use of the room or garden included?
  3. Is there a separate ceremony, room-hire or minimum-spend fee?
  4. Are VAT and service charges already in the quoted price?
  5. What furniture, linen, table settings, flowers and lighting are standard?
  6. Can you bring an outside planner, decorator, cake or caterer?
  7. Is there a minimum or maximum guest count?
  8. What are the children’s and supplier meal prices?
  9. Is there a wet-weather backup for an outdoor wedding?
  10. What time must the music end?
  11. How much is the deposit, and when is the remaining balance due?
  12. What happens if the date changes or the wedding is cancelled?
  13. Is the venue step-free, and are accessible toilets available?
  14. Can the venue provide the final contract and menu in English?

If a venue sends the quote through WhatsApp, ask for the final version as a document or email before transferring money. The contract should show the date, guest count, chosen menu, every promised extra, payment schedule and cancellation terms.

Which part of Albania is best for a wedding?

Tirana is the easiest base for a large guest list and international arrivals. It has the broadest mix of hotels, suppliers and event halls, although the city itself is not the place to choose for a beach ceremony.

Durrës County works well for guests who want to stay near Tirana International Airport while having access to the coast. Check the exact location carefully, as venues listed under Durrës can be inland rather than beachfront.

Berat brings historic scenery and a slower pace. The city is especially appealing for welcome drinks, photographs and smaller wedding weekends, while large venues such as Priel sit outside the old centre.

Vlorë is the standout in this list for a polished seaside event. It is better suited to couples with room in the budget for resort pricing and transport logistics.

Patok offers lagoon and Adriatic views in a quieter setting. It makes most sense for smaller celebrations or an additional meal during a wider wedding itinerary.

Frequently asked questions

Do wedding venues in Albania charge per person?

Many do, particularly restaurants, agrotourism properties and traditional wedding halls. The rate usually refers to a menu rather than every wedding cost. Luxury resorts are more likely to prepare a tailored package.

Are drinks included in Albanian wedding venue prices?

Sometimes, but published pages do not always make this clear. Ask whether the price covers water, soft drinks, wine, beer, spirits and an open bar, and whether there is a time or quantity limit.

Are wedding venues outside Tirana cheaper?

Some of the lowest published prices in this guide are outside the capital, but location alone does not decide the final cost. Transport, accommodation, supplier travel and extra rentals can narrow the difference.

Can we bring our own caterer or decorator?

Policies vary. Priel Wedding Park, for example, allows outside decoration but does not permit outside catering. Confirm every outside-supplier rule before signing a contract.

How far ahead should we book?

Popular Saturdays and summer dates deserve the longest lead time. Even if a restaurant accepts ordinary reservations at short notice, a destination wedding requires time for contracts, travel and suppliers. Contact preferred venues as soon as the date and approximate guest count are known.

Are the prices in this guide final?

No. They are publicly advertised starting points checked in September 2026. Venue rates, menus and exchange rates can change, and a tailored wedding may include additional charges.
